Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on ANY order within the United States. International destinations normally do not qualify for our free shipping offer (but it doesn’t hurt to ask!). We typically ship via USPS or UPS.
 

Note: The order total must be over $40.00 to qualify for free shipping when Rewards Points or Coupons are applied.
Rush Processing
texantool.com offers Rush Processing on all orders for a small additional fee. If selected, all orders placed before 12PM PST will ship out on the same business day. If your order is placed after 12PM PST, and the Rush Processing option is selected, it will ship out on the following business day.
Note: texantool.com will put forth its best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee that your order will ship the same business day. If we fail to ship your order on the same business day, we will refund the Rush Processing fee. If the billing and shipping address are different, verification may be required.

One-Day and Two-Day Shipping
If you select One-Day Shipping or Two-Day Shipping for an order you place with texantool.com and your order is placed before 11:59 AM PST, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11:59 AM PST will ship the next business day.
Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend pickup or delivery for One-Day or Two-Day Shipping. When you select One-Day Shipping, the item will usually ship within the same day (if received before 11:59 AM PST) and arrive on the following business day.

Signature Confirmation
We ship all orders under $250.00 without Signature Guarantee Service (Signature NOT Required upon Delivery). At checkout, you will have the opportunity to add Signature Guarantee Service for your order; however, by failing to do so, the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt if the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.
We ship all orders over $250.00 with Signature Guarantee Service (Signature Required upon Delivery). At checkout, you will have the opportunity to remove Signature Guarantee Service for your order; however, by doing so, the customer assumes the risk of non-receipt of the shipping carrier can establish that the order was delivered to the shipping address.
 

Shipments Outside the United States
Please note that when you buy something from within the United States, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and possibly brokerage and handling fees when shipping to a destination outside the United States. Unless specified otherwise, all vaporizers sold on texantool.com are 110v. Customers assume all responsibility for any defects which may occur from using converters or adapters.

Discreet Billing & Shipping
To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind. The name that appears on your Billing Statement will be “Texantool” and will not reference any particular product.
Note: Couriers (FedEx, UPS) do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required for courier shipments. All orders shipping to P.O. Boxes will be sent U.S. Mail. In addition, please note that Domestic & International rates subject to change without notice.
 

Sold Out Items
Some products on our website are labeled “Sold Out”, which means we currently do not have them in stock. However, these items can still be purchased and will ship out once we receive more (please refer to the “ETA” date on the product page).

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us; we have a team of friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable Service Representatives standing by who are happy to help you find the perfect vaporizer.
Our return policy is listed below; please read thoroughly, and contact us if you have any questions.

ORDERS RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS

Any/all items purchased from Texantool and/or any of its affiliates must meet the following requirements to be eligible for a refund or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back within 30 days of the original delivery date.
  • Return must include a Return Authorization (RA) number which can be acquired by calling us at (000) 000-0000 or emailing us at ra@texantool.com.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase.
  • Buyer must understand and agree to a 20-50% processing fee for items that have been opened or have broken seals. Item(s) must be returned in full or will otherwise incur additional processing fees up to 50%. This includes parts and/or accessories.

Texantool reserves the right to deny any return or exchange and may request additional information as a condition of a return or exchange.

You must have an authorized RA number for all returns or exchanges. This will ensure the proper processing of your item(s). We are not responsible for items sent to us without an RA number. The RA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in. If you have any further questions, please contact us by phone at (000) 000-0000 or via e-mail.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return process. We strongly recommend you insure your package(s) and/or purchase delivery confirmation, as we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged while in transit. Non-standard shipping services purchased by the buyer in relation to the original purchase, including upgraded shipping, are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. You may expect your refund or exchange to process within two (2) weeks of the delivery date to us, assuming the above conditions are met; this includes credit card and money order refunds and exchanges shipped out. This return policy is only available to customers of the United States and/or Canada. For other countries outside of North America, please see our Foreign Country Return Policy.
